Rectory Coach House Accommodation Availability
Changeover day Saturday, departures to vacate accommodation by 10.00a.m. Arrivals accommodation available from 2.30p.m.
Arrangements will be made, if at all possible, if guests require different times.
Price includes heating, electric, bed linen, towels and Welcome Pack.
You will be required to pay a refundable deposit of £50.00 (cash or cheque) for the use of the electric entrance gate controller.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A booking, whether via the website or by telephone, must be accompanied by a 25% deposit. Following receipt of your agreed deposit your booking will be confirmed.
The balance of your holiday must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings under 8 weeks, payment in full will be required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION
It is the guests responsibility to obtain the necessary holiday insurance to protect against losses due to cancellation.
In the case of cancellation, holiday deposits are non-returnable. Where the holiday has been paid in full and we are able to re-let in full or in part, the guest will then be entitled to a refund equal to 90% of the re-let booking.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Rooms will be made available after 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask guests to vacate by 10a.m. on day of departure.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash, cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (charges may apply).
LIABILITY
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any person or persons property whilst occupying the holiday accommodation.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You agree to pay for any losses or damages to the property, caused by you or a member of your party which will be determined at the owners discretion.
COMPLAINTS
Every effort has been made to present the property to a standard whereby you will enjoy your holiday. If a problem or cause for complaint does arise, please contact us immediately. Every effort will then be made to assist you.
